Combining Zytiga with codeine, tramadol, or various other drugs may cause negative interactions. Some of these reactions can increase the risk for side effects or decrease the effectiveness of the medications. Your healthcare provider may need to monitor you more closely, adjust your dosages, or recommend different medications if you are undergoing Zytiga treatment and are taking medications that may cause complications with this cancer drug.
