Who Should Not Use Lupron Depot?

You should not use Lupron Depot if you:
 
  • Are allergic to it, leuprolide, gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH), GnRH analog medications, or any of the inactive components used to make the medication. Your healthcare provider or pharmacist has a list of the inactive ingredients.
     
  • Have unexplained vaginal bleeding.
     
  • Are pregnant or think you might be pregnant.
     
  • Are breastfeeding a child.
