Pomegranate OverdoseAt this time, it is not known what symptoms or complications may occur as a result of a pomegranate overdose. It is unlikely that a person could take too much pomegranate by consuming the fruit, but it may be possible to take too much pomegranate if it is consumed in the form of juice, supplements, or extracts. If a pomegranate overdose occurs, treatment will most likely involve supportive care.
