Prostate Cancer Home > Pomegranete

Were you looking for information about Pomegranate? Pomegranete is a common misspelling of pomegranate.
Pomegranates may be effective at treating and preventing a number of health problems. For example, some research has shown that they may help to slow down the progression of atherosclerosis, lower high blood pressure, and reduce the amount of cholesterol produced in the liver.
People usually eat the seeds or drink the juice of the fruit, although extracts and supplements are also available. Normal consumption of pomegranates (though food) is probably safe for most people. However, medicinal uses of pomegranates may cause serious problems. Before taking the fruit medicinally, let your healthcare provider know if you have low blood pressure or any allergies.
