Lupron Depot® (leuprolide acetate depot) is a prescription drug that belongs to a class of medications called gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonists. The dose your healthcare provider recommends will vary, depending on factors such as your response to the drug and why you are using it.
Lupron Depot-3 Month 22.5 mg once every three months (every 84 days)
Lupron Depot-4 Month 30 mg once every four months (every 16 weeks).
