Storage Information

Fentanyl nasal spray should be stored at room temperature, away from light. Store the bottle in its child-resistant container when not in use. Keep this and all other medications out of the reach of children and pets. Because fentanyl nasal spray is a potential drug of abuse, it should be stored in a safe place to prevent theft (see Lazanda Storage and Disposal for more information).
 
Fentanyl nasal spray must be used within 14 days of priming the bottle. In addition, the medication should be disposed of if it is not used for five or more days.

This medication is not available in generic form (see Generic Lazanda).
