Certain Benzodiazepines
Casodex could increase the level of some (but not all) benzodiazepines in the blood, increasing the risk of side effects. Check with your healthcare provider before combining these medications.
 
Clarithromycin
Casodex may increase the level of clarithromycin in the blood, increasing the risk of side effects. Talk with your healthcare provider about this potential interaction before taking these drugs together.
 
Colchicine
Casodex can increase the level of colchicine in your blood, increasing your risk of colchicine toxicity. Talk to your healthcare provider before combining these medications. Your healthcare provider may need to monitor you more closely and give you a lower colchicine dosage.
 
Cyclosporine
Casodex could increase the level of cyclosporine in your blood, perhaps increasing your risk for side effects. Your healthcare provider may want to monitor you more closely during treatment if you have to take these medications together.
 
Eplerenone
Casodex can increase the level of eplerenone in your blood, increasing your risk for side effects. Your healthcare provider will monitor you more closely if you take these medications together, and may need to adjust your eplerenone dosage.
 
Ergot Medications
Casodex can increase the risk of toxicity from ergot medications. Talk to your healthcare provider before combining these medications.
 
Erythromycin
Casodex may increase the level of erythromycin in the blood, increasing the risk of side effects. Talk with your healthcare provider about this potential interaction before taking these drugs together.
 
Everolimus
Casodex can increase your blood levels of everolimus, increasing your risk for side effects. Talk to your healthcare provider before combining these medicines. Your healthcare provider will monitor you more closely if you take these drugs together and adjust your everolimus dosage if needed.
