What Should I Do If I Forget a Dose?

If you miss an appointment to receive your Lupron Depot shot, contact your healthcare provider as soon as you remember. He or she will schedule another appointment for you. Try to keep all your appointments. Missing doses of this medication could cause your symptoms to return.
 

How Should Lupron Depot Be Stored?

Lupron Depot should be stored at room temperature, away from light and heat. Keep this and all other medications out of the reach of children and pets.
 

Available Strengths

Lupron Depot is available in one-, three-, and four-month forms, as follows:
 
  • Once-monthly Lupron Depot is available in the following strengths:
     
    • Lupron Depot 3.75 mg
    • Lupron Depot 7.5 mg
 
  • Once-every-three-months Lupron Depot is available in the following strengths:
     
    • Lupron Depot-3 month 11.25 mg
    • Lupron Depot-3 month 22.5 mg
 
  • Once-every-four-months Lupron Depot is available as Lupron Depot-4 month 30 mg
  • Once-every-six-months Lupron Depot is available as Lupron Depot-6 month 45 mg 
  • Once-monthly Lupron Depot Pediatric is available in the following strengths:
     
    • Lupron Depot-Ped 7.5 mg
    • Lupron Depot-Ped 11.25 mg
    • Lupron Depot-Ped 15 mg

 

  • Once-every-three-months Lupron Depot Pediatric is available in the following strengths:
 
    • Lupron Depot-Ped 11.25 mg
    • Lupron Depot-Ped 30 mg.
