Many people are curious about whether there is a generic for
Casodex® (
bicalutamide) and, if so, whether it's as effective as the brand-name product.
Casodex is currently available in generic form, in the same strength and form as brand-name Casodex (50-mg tablets).
Some of the companies that make generic versions include:

As with all generic medications, the generic versions of this product have undergone certain tests to make sure they are of the same quality as brand-name Casodex.
